Reporting a date that needs checking

On a district calendar page, Report a Correction prepares an email draft with the page, district and school year. Review and send the draft to complete the report. You can also email us directly.

  • The URL of the calendar page on our website.
  • The district, school year and calendar version or campus.
  • The date, label or schedule detail you believe needs correction.
  • A district-published calendar or notice that supports the change.

What happens after you send a correction

We compare reports with the district material before changing a record. A newer PDF may cover another campus or year, so the document’s scope matters as much as its date.

We cannot guarantee a particular reply or review time. A clear page URL and official source usually make a report easier to investigate. A report alone does not change a calendar or send a notice to the district.

Missing districts and new calendars

To suggest a district or a newly published year, send its full name, official website, school year and calendar link. If the district has different programs or campuses, tell us which schedule you mean. We review sources before adding coverage.

Website feedback and other inquiries

For a search, display or download problem, include the page address, what happened and the browser or device you used. Feature requests are welcome; describing the planning task you could not complete helps us assess them.

For media, collaboration, attribution or copyright questions, explain the request and identify any affected page or material. Please include a relevant deadline if there is one; this is not a promise that we can meet it.

Privacy requests and attachments

Use “Privacy request” in your email subject for questions about information you sent or a request to review or delete it. Provide only what is necessary to identify the correspondence.

An official source link is preferable to an attachment because it preserves context and version information. Do not send private student records, health information, identity documents or passwords. Our Privacy Policy explains how correspondence is handled.

Questions your school or district must answer

We cannot change an attendance record, enroll a student, arrange transportation or confirm an individual appointment. Contact the district or school for those matters, exact bell times and same-day closures. This mailbox is not a district help desk or emergency contact.
