These terms apply to ilschoolcalendar.com and its pages, guides and downloads. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Our Privacy Policy explains how information associated with website use and correspondence is handled.
We summarize Illinois public school schedules for general information and planning. We are not affiliated with the Illinois State Board of Education, a school district or a school. District names and source links identify the schedules being discussed and do not imply endorsement.
District publications and current school instructions remain authoritative. A calendar can change after publication because of weather, board action or a campus-specific arrangement. Check the district before relying on a date for attendance, childcare, travel or another commitment.
An Official label describes the district origin of a schedule; it is not a guarantee that every date is final. Reserved make-up days and conditional last days retain their conditions. A calculated planning window may include weekends beyond the named school break.
Printable PDFs and imported ICS files are planning copies. A subscription depends on your calendar application and does not guarantee immediate corrections. Comparisons help line up dates; they do not determine attendance obligations, instructional totals or eligibility for a service.
You may browse, link to our pages and download or print available files for personal, educational and other lawful use. Public calendar facts do not become our exclusive property because they appear here.
Do not impersonate the site or a district, interfere with normal access, bypass security controls, distribute malicious material or send spam. Automated requests must not disrupt the service. Reproducing substantial original writing or design as a replacement website requires permission unless an applicable legal exception permits the use.
Our original explanations, design and selection and arrangement of material are distinct from the official documents we reference. District publications, names, logos and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights. These terms do not restrict rights available under applicable law.
For a source-attribution or copyright concern, identify the page and material involved and explain your connection to it when contacting us.
You are responsible for having the right to share material you send. We may use the relevant calendar facts and source references to investigate a report and correct the site. We do not require ownership of your message or permission to publish unrelated personal information.
Please send only the details needed for the request. We do not promise publication of every suggestion, an individual reply to every message or a fixed review deadline.
We may revise or remove pages, routes, data files or features as the site develops. Public calendar files and data responses are provided without a service-level or permanent-availability commitment.
District websites, document hosts and Google or Apple calendar services are controlled by their respective providers. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided as is and as available, without a warranty that information is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular decision.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IL School Calendar and its operators are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on calendar information, a delayed correction, an interrupted service or a third-party service. These provisions do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may revise these terms when the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
